Select the product you want and purchase the Accreditation Pack
Look at the options under the Get Accredited tab, choose your qualification, read the submission guide and review the standards to ensure you can meet them. When you are happy to proceed, purchase the relevant Accreditation Pack.
Step 2
Collate your evidence
Use the Accreditation Pack and your allocated Submission Support Manager to help you collate your evidence. The Submission Guide will give you details of all the evidence you need to provide so do check it thoroughly to ensure you have everything ready to submit. Remember we have ready made resources to support your accreditation, and learner manuals if you don't have your own.
Step 3
Submit your application online
The online submission process lets you collate your evidence at your own pace by allowing you to save it as you go and return to it later, please ensure you save your submission form before starting to upload information. It’s also a good idea to first save all evidence on your own computer in one place before adding it to the online submission form.
Step 4
Receive your expert evaluation report
Your submission is evaluated against REPs UAE standards by an independent sector expert who will provide a detailed report within 3 weeks*. The report will tell you if the criteria has been achieved for Submission Approval. However, if actions are required, detailed feedback will be provided with a time frame.

Step 5
Submission approved
Congratulations on your approval! Time to celebrate and shout about your achievement. At this stage you have achieved Submission Approval and we will send you a full set of PD:Approval logos to use in your marketing. You will now be allocated an External Quality Assurer (EQA) who will arrange a visit to observe your learner assessments, systems and processes. A risk status of good or outstanding will then give you Full Approval status* and we will issue you with a formal approval letter and certificate to display.

Step 6
Renewal and quality assurance
Your annual renewal costs £600 (approximately 2800 AED) per qualification; your next annual EQA review will also take place. To ensure that there is no gap between your accreditation periods we will contact you before the renewal date with your renewal notice and payment details. Throughout the accreditation year you will receive on-going support and quality assurance checks.
