Everyone needs a little help from time to time, for whatever reason - time constraints, reassurance or simply if new to delivering training. PD:Approval is here to support you with our expert advisers who each have at least 15 years of individual experience of supporting new training providers through accreditation.
Not only can we help you collate the evidence for your submission, but we also have learning materials that are already mapped to your chosen qualification so you don’t have to do it yourself. Alternatively, if you are already using your own materials then we can map them to the ICREPs standards for you and find the gaps, if any. If there are gaps then you have the option of creating your own additional materials or letting us provide them for you (fee applies).

Qualification Syllabus
Once you select your qualification on the Get Accredited page, you will be referred to the Shop to make a part-payment of the accreditation fee. This will enable you to download an Accreditation Pack which will include the syllabus for the qualification you have chosen. The Qualification Syllabus details the knowledge and competencies that must be covered in your qualification and is presented in the form of a mapping toolkit. By completing the toolkit, you will be able to show us where in your training materials you will be delivering each aspect and how it will be assessed.
The Qualification Syllabus is a great resource to use which will guide you when putting together your qualification in line with the International Confederation of Register of Exercise Professional (ICREPs) Standards. If you need support on how to map, then please contact us and we can talk you through it. Alternatively, we can save you time and map your qualification materials to the ICREPs standards for you (fee applies).
Resource Bundle
The Resource Bundle is provided as part of the Accreditation Pack, downloadable on payment of the first part of the accreditation fee, and has everything you need to strengthen your systems and processes.
Our resources have been written by experts who have a wealth of knowledge in delivering, assessing and internally quality assuring training. Our templates are for everyone - new start-ups and well established training providers too. Don't spend ages finding out how you can make your business more efficient, we have done that for you!
Our Resource Bundle contains many of the documents and forms that you are going to need as a training provider and can be edited to reflect your own organisation’s needs and requirements as well as branding.
Training Days
PD:Approval runs classroom-based tutor, assessor and internal quality assurer training days which provide essential knowledge for the people in your team fulfilling these roles. Your qualification delivery team and internal quality assurance team must already hold the relevant qualifications to deliver and quality assure but these training days are great if you are wishing to upskill and learn best how to deliver / quality assure vocational training. Training days need be booked at least one month in advance in order for our tutors to make the necessary arrangements.
- Tutor Training Day £350 (maximum 10 people)
- Assessor Training Day £350 (maximum 10 people)
- Internal Quality Assurer Day £350 (maximum 10 people)
You will be required to provide the venue, lunch and refreshments for the learners, as well as contribute to the expenses of the tutor. Please note: Your team’s qualifications will be reviewed as part of our on-going external quality assurance process and, if deemed necessary by your External Quality Assurer, training days may be a mandatory requirement in their report, with the costs outlined above.
